The 2026 National Academic Visibility Audit is designed to benchmark your department’s digital infrastructure across five foundational pillars:1- Departmental & Faculty Digital Footprint: Screening official web assets and faculty directories for national peer ranking impact.2- Research Platform Integration: Evaluating faculty presence across universal research platforms (ORCID, Google Scholar, PubMed) and active grant attribution.3- Training Program & Resident Recruitment: Assessing the mobile readiness and interactive depth of residency/fellowship portals ahead of ERAS signaling windows.4- Alumni Network Utilization: Measuring career placement tracking and alumni engagement pipelines to strengthen recruitment.5- Direct Newsletters & Social Impact: Auditing peer-to-peer executive digests and social media reach to improve reach for voting chairs and deans nationwide.


How Audit Data Will Be Used & Shared:
To protect institutional confidentiality, raw audit data and individual departmental scorecards will never be published publicly or shared with third parties.
Data collected through this initiative is used exclusively to compile the aggregate 2026 National Academic Visibility Benchmark Report.Participating Department Chairs will receive an exclusive, unredacted Departmental Visibility & Peer Preliminary Benchmark Audit.


How to Opt In:
Participation requires no administrative work or data entry from your staff. Our research group completes the dataset using public academic registries, publication indexes, and proprietary data pipelines.
